Premiered in India under the umbrella of AID-Bangalore, the woman is the core Shakti (energy force) of humanity. Should we not acknowledge and unconstrain her so that she can empower herself to realize her full potential?

This was a collaboration with my husband Srinivas Mirle and my friend and mentor Dr. Sreedhara AR. Using well known women’s profiles and natural calamities like the Gujarat earthquake, Orissa cyclones, Katrina,
as the backdrop, the production asks the audience to look inwards into themselves even as they watch the portrayals of women in various roles.
